Breakfast - 4tbsp oats+ milk+walnuts+strawberries, 1/2 cup coffe with sweetener.
Lunch - 3 pesarattu dosai with tomato chutney + 3 tbsp of red mung bean usal.
Evening snack - handful of nuts
Dinner - 2 chickpea cutlets with cucumber and tomato + coriander chutney
Excercise - 30 min on treadmill
Inretrospect - Good day. Could have cut down the cutlets to 1 (instead of 2). Recipe was good.
V liked it. Also very quick.
