Wednesday

Breakfast - 4 tbsp oats + 2 strawberries + 4 walnuts

midmorning snack - none (wasnt hungry)

lunch - had to go out for lunch (ate only 2 pieces of nan though) no excuses i need to stay on my plan

evening snack -cup of coffee + poha at friend's place

dinner -after all that day hogging wasnt that hungry.So had 1 pesarattu with tomato chutney.

Excercise -walked for sometime with a neighbour.

InRetrospect : Not so good day for my diet. Need to improve a lot on all fronts.


InRetrospect - who doesnt like free lunch at work. But i need to be on plan..
