Tuesday

Breakfast - Oats with strawberry + walnuts +milk , 1/2 cup coffee with milk

MidMorning snack - none

Lunch - 2 tortillas with red mung bean usal

Evening snack - coffee with sev

Dinner - 3 mung bean adai with tomato chutny with bowl of dal.

Excercise - 30 min on treadmill

Inretrospect - Need to find a decent evening snack.Need to improve on the greens and fruits.
