Saturday

Breakfast - strawberry + 4tbsp oats + milk + walnuts, 1/2 cup tea

Lunch - at friend's b'day party , just let myself go

Dinner - thalipeeth with chicpeapaste and zucchinni

Excercise - 1 hour walk at grocery store

Inretrospect - lunch was total disaster for my diet. Can do better
