Monday

Breakfast -1/2 cup coffee, 4 tbsp oats with strawberries, walnuts, milk

Lunch - Dal makhani with apple and cantaloupe

Evening - few almonds snacks + 1/2 cup coffe

Dinner - 1 chole tikki , 2 pesarattus with grapes

Excersice - 10 mins walk with A.

Inretrospect - Could not do workout. Happy with my diet so far.
