Friday

Breakfast - 4 tbsp oats + strawberries +walnuts

Dinner - 1 chicpea burger

Snack - 1/2 cup coffee + few nuts +1 orange

Dinner - egg curry with palak with 1 tortilla

Excercise - None. Rest day. Also V came late so cldnt leave A alone.

Inretrospect - Good day. Should squeeze more excercise
