Sunday

Breakfast - 1/2 cup tea with oats,strawberries and walnuts

Midmorning snack - none

Lunch - dal makhani 1 cup with salad

Evening snack - 1/2 cup coffe

Dinner - chicken with salad

Excercise - Walk for 20 mins with AA

In retrospect - Good day. Could not workout as planned. But thats ok. Played with AA
